"Unfortunate event at this location today. Paid 22$ for my drinks, money was removed from my account, clerk asked to see my account because they hadn't seen where it did. So, I show the clerk and then they proceed to tell me I need to pay again "and hopefully" one charge will fall off, if not I can come back and they will fix it. So I asked you want to charge me 44$ then? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Then Ill need to come back to have the charge reversed... So happy Birthday to my 16 that requested it. So im out 22$ and no drinks. Now here I am spending my money at Starbucks. Thanks!"

"I never thought I would like a coffee place as much as or dare I say, maybe even a little bit more then Starbucks. I'm a huge Iced Coffee drinker and found them to be up to par with any other Coffee place around. You do have to wait in line in your car (they don't have an inside that I'm aware of) but the line usually moves pretty fast. They come to your car and take your order so if you haven't been before I suggest downloading their menu on their website ahead of time so you already know what you want when it's your turn to order. The times I have been the staff is super friendly and fast. They don't really have much food but you can get a chocolate chip muffin top, which is very good (and I think they come in a couple other different flavors). Overall it's a great little drive-thru Coffee and specialty drink place that has really given Starbucks some competition!!"

"Love this drive thru lane design. Drinks 10/10 tried the new brûlée iced, very good. I’d add chocolate drizzle next time. I love the Blondie with an extra shot, chocolate and caramel drizzle added. I added cold foam this time very good. Barista was very friendly. She was patient with me as I decided what I wanted. Keep it up love seven brew."

"I’m so grateful that there’s now a decent coffee place close to me! My current go-to is an iced sugar-free blondie with toasted marshmallow and an extra shot. It’s equivalent to the Starbucks’ Oat milk Hand-Shaken Expresso that I love!! My favorite part about 7brew is how nice the employees are and how fun it is to talk with them. We live in such an isolated world these days and I really appreciate their efforts in putting on positive appearances. Even though they’re getting paid it’s still something I value beyond the fact that I’m there for coffee. It’s because of this that I wanted to share my recent experience with a particular employee who made me feel uncomfortable. Today on 08/21, I was there around 9AM when a girl with vibrant blue ruffle shorts was being passive aggressive to me while taking my order. I gave her my phone number and when asked what I wanted to order I requested a medium of the drink that I had gotten last time (the one i mentioned earlier). I often get chillers here and wasn’t sure if i ordered my previous drink in that form and since I didn’t want one today and just wanted it iced, I said something like “i don’t know if I got a chiller last time, but i don’t want that”. Maybe this is where she got irritated? Her tone and facial expressions made my experience unpleasant and uncomfortable because I could clearly feel her annoyance towards me and felt disrespected when she made me repeat parts of the information of my order that I already gave her. I can understand wanting to clarify about the chiller, but going “Okay, so like a blondie?” and pursing her lips into a “🫩” kind of face when I responded to her question of “What size?” because we both knew she heard me the first time. I know it might seem like I’m overreacting since a common aspect of customer service is to repeat information back to the customer to confirm that everything is correct. I wish you could have been there. I felt like she was trying to point out that I wronged her in some way by being disrespectful when I was ordering, I don’t believe I acted in a way that would have warranted such a negative reaction first thing in the morning. She was clearly angry at something. Even if she’s got personal stuff going on, part of her job is to be nice. If a person can’t be nice then send them on break or swap them in a different position for awhile. I wish I knew why she was so hostile towards me because it definitely made me feel bad and lowkey hurt my feelings."
