"Nice coffee shop. Stopped while driving through and had a really nice iced latte. Beans are nice, roast wasn't too dark which is a plus for me. The 2 women working were friendly. Not much atmosphere inside. A bit dark inside so you'd probably want to be outside...however the shop is at the back of a big parking lot and I imagine sitting outside in the summer would be super warm"

"Very friendly customer service with nice atmosphere!! A few of their hired help really need to listen to the customer, when customer specifically ask for No Milk in the smoothie that includes the dairy Yogurt. I also asked for "No Peppers" on my sandwich and still got them... Food Allergies are serious and my Epi-pen was not available, thankfully I caught it in time."

"Hazel’s coffee and roasting company was a really neat place to visit! They had lots of flavors in the coffee department and yummy looking snacks. There was also a drive through for those in a hurry. Lots of room to sit. The gift shop area was tastefully done and there were lots of fun things for sale. I do wish they had put prices on more the items in the gift shop. The coffee I got was yummy! I ordered a Lucky Charm, I believe. The staff were very kind and got our order out in a timely manner."

"Very cozy café with a cozy atmosphere and good wi-fi. We stopped there to work on our laptops and occupied the pretty sofa next to the entrance. The staff is very friendly. The coffee was good. They also have their coffee, ground and packed, of different flavors so you could enjoy it at home. And they have other crafted stuffs and foods. Very nice place."

"Update: In response to Hazels comments to my review…. You did not make eye contact with me and even if you did you should said something to me regarding the wait. Your bad!!! Secondly, how about the other times in your store that the employees ignored customers which I commented in my original post and you never addressed. I’m not the only one to be ignored in your store, I have friends who have went into your store with the same treatment. Enough said on my part. Horrible service! My husband went and waited at the counter to order and was completely ignored by the staff. They looked at him and his friend and went back to their conversation. They were never given any service. I went about a week later and ordered a cappuccino (which was made incorrectly) and I took a little sip and it was so hot that it scalded my mouth. I have never had a cappuccino or latte do that to me and I order them all the time. Lastly, I went to the St. Joe marathon and went to their Winnebago to order a drink (there was one lady in front of me). The employee stood there on the step and just chatted to the lady like they were friends (which I think they were) (no orders were taken just conversation). I stood there for a while and there wasn’t even a polite “I’ll be with you in a moment” just looked right at me and continued her conversation. I finally walked away and decided that I would never give them my business again. I prefer supporting local business but Hazels lost that business. I’ll go to Cup of Joe’s from now on or other local coffee shops."
