"We always bought drinks and we never had any complaints, but today was a very bad experience because we ordered 2 Firecrakers and they gave us ice and not blended, when we asked for the change what they did was just liquefy it and give it to us, and the drink looks like water and without flavor. If you are going to hire new staff, please train them in giving a good experience to customers and keeping the recipes of their products."
