"Super happy that we stumbled upon this awesome spot while on a business trip to Springfield, MO. The atmosphere is fantastic, genuine, and we really appreciated the style of service with the perfect degree of attention from staff at this above average counter service establishment. The food was absolutely delicious in a unique but familiar way - flat breads, pretzels, sandwiches, and things you expect at an upscale funky brewery, but with added flare. The beer and wine selection was amazing with something for everyone! And if you need something non alcoholic, they cater for that too with a variety of soft drinks and coffees. The staff and owners are very approachable. I was particularly grateful for their time as I impromptu hijacked them to chat about business in the Springfield area - they were very knowledgeable, transparent and it is obvious that they have a deep respect and connection to the local community. This place is a gem and should not be missed when in the Springfield area!"

"The coffee program is BONKERS! Hands down the best shot of espresso I’ve had not only in SGF, but in the Midwest and beyond(and yes, I’ve been to Onyx in NWA) These guys are DIALED in. And don’t sleep on their other offerings. The food is smart and playful but very approachable. They sneak in so many flavors that elevate their dishes to new heights. Breakfast burritos are crazy good(add the pork), and that corn waffle with the salsa matcha made me cry happy tears. Not to mention their beer program is amazing and the wine selection is 👌 Run don’t walk."

"If you haven't been to B&A yet, get over there! Their food is delicious, made to order fresh, handcrafted with care, and of the best ingredients! Their beer is excellent classic styles that is sure to please everyone. Better get yourself a flight or two! But I think the best part is the service, Doug and David are a blast to talk with and happy to offer their recommendations. B&A is a must if you're a craft beer fanatic and enjoy great food!"

"On instagram love Springfield did a take on this place, I wanted to check them out, when I came into town, stopped in at Show me brewery. Beyond wasn’t open yet, I ask show me what do you think of them and another place, they said must check them out, beers are good. I knew where this place was , got there, Butcher use to be in this place. The two man behind the counter super nice, food, didn’t see what I wanted so did flight, when you have customers that helps out with Untapped, that means lot, the beers were good, this place is easy to get to, plenty of parking too, this place should be on your bucket list"
