"This was a great place. Old establishment and everything you would hope from one. The staff was amazing. Refilled my drink before it got halfway and even brought me a Togo drink when I was finished with my meal. The services was amazing but the burger was even better. There was so much bacon in my bacon cheeseburger, I have never had one like it except at home. Tater tot’s were a great touch and their special hot sauce was spicy and full of flavor. I will definitely be back."

"Casper's is my favorite diner. I have been eating there about 15 years, started back in the original restaurant. The food is excellent, my favorite is the double whammy- 2 burgers smothered with chili & cheese. Better go hungry if you plan on ordering that. The service and staff is top notch. Friendly, timely, and efficient. It's a very comfortable setting and they don't make you feel rushed."

"This is hands down the best burger join in Springfield. It's old, it's eclectic, it has history. The buns are soft. The meat is smashed. The fries and tots are seasoned. Some of the soda doesn't taste amazing from rhe fountain, but guess what? The Kool Aid does. The chilly and ham and bean soup? LEGENDARY. My fave order? Double cheeseburger combo, extra cheese, add pickle, tots crispy with seasoning and a Kool Aid to drink. I regularly eat here on my daily lunch break at work, will continue to keep coming here. I LOVE these guys. Also - did I mention they're affordable??? My combo runs me MAYBE $12-$13 and I always choose to tip because I love these guys. I never walk away unhappy or unfull. Honestly now that I'm talking about it, I'll probably go get them for lunch tomorrow now 🤤🤤"

"Super great food. The burger and fries were delicious! Even the grilled cheese was super huge and cheesey! And the chili surprised me with how good it was. I don't normally like chili other than my own, but this was definitely worth getting. The only thing that disappoints me is how small the place is. They moved from their old building, which I thought was to facilitate more people, but the new building is just as small. So, if you wanna go, make sure you get there when they first open, or you will be waiting. Worth the wait though!"
