"It took 30 minutes to get a basic salad. When it arrived it was covered in tomatoes when I ordered it without tomatoes. It did not have any dressing. Even after I received the dressing the lettuce still tasted like tomatoes. Management (who brought me the dressing) was apathetic! For $25 I expected better. Won’t be back."

"Completely screwed up my entire order. I ask for no cheese, no sauce well done on a $18 burger. I received a raw burger with everything I didn’t order on there. Server was wonderful and the food was completely screwed up. After I watched her place the order the correct way. If you don’t want to serve people at 940 pm, then close at 9 pm."

"I am a huge fan of a good carrot cake. I was too excited when I got home and tore into Copper Whisk carrot cake. I paid $8 and some change for the gigantic slice. I thought that was a steal. It was so appealing I just had to dive in. Well, yall, I'm glad it wasn't a pool I was diving in because this cake was dry as a bone! Looks can definitely be deceiving. I am NOT usually one to give an unpleasant review. This thing was inedible. Just had to trash it. I will say, the young man who assisted me at the register was very nice. He swore it was delicious. Maybe I just got an old piece. I'll skip dessert from here."

"This was a nice place. Located inside of the Ameristar Casino near the main entrance. A typical coffee shop, but i think they do offer food. The frozen coffee was so good!"

"Biscuit brick hard, those aren't waffles on the plate, they're hash browns, pancake tastes like batter, sausage greasy as Hell. Oh, did I mention, the hash browns are so greasy, they must have soaked them in the deep fryer. The egg white omelet was decent though."
