"Course Coffee is undoubtedly one of my favorite spots in St Charles. Their specialty roasted coffees are next level. They offer everything from lattes to pour overs, and super yummy seasonal drinks. The environment is so cozy, and perfect for catching up with a friend, working remotely, or enjoying a good book. Their baristas are so knowledgeable about their coffees and happy to answer any questions about the menu and even make suggestions for what you might like to try! Cannot recommend enough 10/10"

The flight was amazing and exactly what my husband and I were looking for. They are very knowledgeable about their beans and where they come from and what each coffee is going to taste like and what might go well with each other. "Came in off the Katy Trail wanting a pastry and some coffee. Ended up getting a pecan pastry and a Burundi honey processed coffee. Both were delicious! One thing that was a bit annoying is that they don't have prices listed for everything. Mine ended up being about $12 total. They have coffee flights available as well which is what I'll probably get next time, although I have no idea how much they cost."
