What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Okay, let me just say I’m from the east coast and I truly believe that NY has the most superior bagels… but with that being said, I did enjoy my pepper cheddar bagel with egg and cheese. It was tasty! This bagel seemed to have a bit more rise/fluffiness than my friends’ bagels which were the everything with scallion cream cheese and an egg and cheese on sesame. The bagels overall are flatter but I believe that’s due to the way they are made. They have a nice variety of bagels and schmears. I was also intrigued with getting the rosemary and sea salt! Staff were very lovely. Great outdoor sitting!"
"Stopped in based on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! I had the cornmeal bagel with some honey butter, toasted and it was delicious. They had many more toppings to add to your bagel, but was in the mood for something very simple, paired with a hot cup of coffee. They have seating inside and out, and the service was pretty fast. Highly recommended!"
"This place is amazing. I’ve been twice in two days. Different items both times but tasty nonetheless. For the breakfast Sammy, they even cooked the egg fresh- not very common these day."
"Excellent bagels but really really excellent service. Natalie was such a joy to talk to and made the experience so much better. Fantastic bagels, great chew and crust. Will be visiting again next time I’m in St. Louis."
"Visited this morning, got a titzel bagel, which they call "cornmeal", a rosemary sea salt bagel and a bagel sandwich: local prosciutto, goat cheese, fig jam on a cornmeal bagel. I like how they packed the rosemary sea salt bagel for me in a separate bag since I was going to eat it "later". Or maybe they did it because it was warm out of the oven - either way, it was appreciated! Both the plain bagels were the best combination of first bite of crust crispness with perfect resistance going into the dense and chewy softness of the inside. The titzel had the perfect amount of saltiness and the rosemary sea salt was full of good flavor. That slightly sweet and salty sandwich was just what I needed later in the day, and I think it would've been fantastic toasted, too! Cute little place, three tables, a couple of seats at a little side bar. Smelled amazing walking in. Restroom was clean and bright. I was really happy that they were open on a Monday morning! I also like that they are part of the Green Dining Alliance, helping make our city better! Update 11/1/25: Got a bag full of joy this morning, and I just wanted to reiterate how truly amazing all of the flavors of their bagels are. Sure, I’ve not had every single one, but I have had four or five different ones. 😊 First time having one of their “spooky” bagels, and no, it is not black from food coloring, it is that way from activated charcoal powder. It was just a fun bite. Also, the employees are always cheerful and smiling and sweet, and it’s always a pleasure to go in there and get a double dose of happiness."
