"Tried different things here, and they were consistently good. For breakfast, my favorite option is the 3 cheese and bacon kolache. They only have brewed coffee, and I usually prefer espresso pours, but their coffee is good too. The sourdough bread is also good. They sell out early on weekends, so don’t come in too late in the morning!"

"Knead bakery is a cute bakery+cafe with sourdough baked goods. Croissants are a must-try. Their weekend cinnamon roll is super tasty. And, of course, their bread is delicious. We haven't found anything we don't like. A great spot for a weekend brunch! P.S. Try the vegan chili! P.P.S. They also sell their sourdough starter 😊"

"First visit and we’re in love! We were traveling from colorado to south carolina and I googled bakeries and coffee shops in STL and found Knead. The fact that their bread and pastries are sourdough is what made me want to go! Sourdough takes things to a whole other level in my mind…flavor wise plus it’s easier to digest. The whole experience was impressive…cute place, delicious pastries (the pumpkin pie cruffin was my fav), friendly staff, and even got to meet the owner, Kirsten and her little girl!😍 Kirsten found out we were traveling and gave us a bag of butter and sea salt sourdough shortbread cookies to enjoy on the road. If you haven’t already tried these, please do. mmmmm—crunchy, buttery goodness! Small family businesses like this are the funnest to support!🤍"

"Amazing. We were gifted a gift basket from Knead, it was so good I drove out of my may to visit on the next trip to St Louis. Breakfast sandwich and donut were absolutely delicious. I love sourdough, taking half the bakery home with me. Will go out of my way again to visit next month when we come back to the city. So excited!"
