What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Just know on Saturday at 8:00pm. The kitchen is closed. No warning. No notification. Just drive up and find out. I came here years ago and this place USED to be a place to sit for hours. After this beer, I’m never coming back."
"I hadn’t been to Social in quite some time, but a buddy and I decided to stop in yesterday — and I’m glad we did. Dani was our bartender and she was super attentive, keeping our drafts topped off the whole time. We also got to meet the managers, Joe and Christine. Christine actually sat with us and filled us in on everything happening at Social these days. She mentioned they recently added line dancing, which we definitely plan to come back and try. It’s not often a manager takes the time to sit and genuinely talk with you the way she did, and we really appreciated it. On top of the great service and conversation, the food was excellent. If you haven’t tried their Philly steak sandwich, I highly recommend it. After this visit, we’ll definitely be coming back more often."
"I have been brought so many of my clients in here for at least 6 years for lunch during the week. It always seems to impress them. Great service, good food, quick and easy even with a decent crowd. But the last visit really through me off. There was a small mix up with an order of one of my clients.. No big deal, but the way the manager (I believe her name was Christina) handled it was completely unprofessional. I’ve never seen someone on that much of a power trip over something so small. Instead of just fixing the problem, she had an attitude and it the whole thing awkward for everyone. My last straw was hearing her rude comments about us from around the corner when she didn't think we could hear her. It sucks because our waitress was great and apologetic, but management like that kills the vibe fast and I believe she is new as I have never seen her before and usually see the guy that comes around to our table to see how everything is. It put a bad taste in my mouth and I think I'll stick with Hammerstone's or McGurks for my next client lunch."
"Dani is a great bartender. Very attentive to customers on busy or slow days. Checked in on us anytime our drinks got low. Food delivered timely and took the dishes away as soon as we were done to allow room to continue our visit. Hopefully all the employees are like that."
"Went for Sunday brunch in December. I was under the impression it started at 11am. Got there a little early so we could find a great spot, which I did out front. Come to find out, they do open at 11, but don't start serving until 12. When I got there, it was super cold inside. I was told by others in my group, DO NOT GET THE CHICKEN. But I got it anyways, along with the potatoes. When my food came out, the presentation was decent. When I took a bite of my chicken, it had a smell. THREE other people in my party smelled the chicken to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I even had my waitress smell it and she agreed. It smelled like fish, but tasted spoiled. She took my plate back and the kitchen ensured it was NOT cooked in the same oil as the fish, but come on. They took the meal off with no problems and offered me a different meal. I declined and had my bottomless mimosas with just the potatoes, which were definitely edible. I'll come back for the night vibe, but NEVER for brunch again!"
"We enjoyed the game library for a birthday outing and the staff gave the birthday guy a delicious cookie. Appetizer, mocktails and entrees were all very..."
