"We ordered our food ahead and (Amber) who processed our order on 12/19 was very rude and disrespectful. My new born child was in the back seat and her mom just had a simple request to her bread sliced and she was very dismissive. We even shared it with the manger (Annie or Anne). She didn’t seem to really be to concerned which made it more frustrating. I can literally get bread and soup anywhere. Hopefully this can be escalated and to be honest I’m not even looking for a discount. But maybe an apology from both of them would be nice."

"Do not order online from this location. The last 3 orders we had delivered were missing items. Their answer is to refund just the missing item and not receive what's missing. This time an entire $15 sandwich missing. Last time was a 1/2 sandwich from you pick two. Time before that was soup. Eli, and bread Co, do better. The French Dipper sandwich was checked off but not in the bag. Was told he'd refund the entire order and only refunded the sandwich. I have the flu and have no dinner, because my food was not in the bag."
