"My frap taste like frozen milk I ordered 2 shots blended and 1 over top of a caramel crunch frap. I taste nooooo shots or even coffee at all and it’s completely white . I asked the lady if the shots were inside she confirmed but I know my drinks. Usually my frap is almost black at the bottom from my shots and this one was white and nothing melted on top to look like one was poured over ."

"Verna provided excellent customer service despite their cafe having temporary technical errors. It's a great relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in the café and encourages you to stay longer because there's much to read. 🏆"

"Slow service. First attempt waited over 5 minutes with no one available to take order. Apparently worker was in back for extended time. I went to shop for books. Second attempt had to wait for the person in front of me to go to front of store and get register tape for the girl working behind the Starbucks counter. Once it was my turn worker was courteous and apologetic."

"My mom and I love visiting here, checking out the new titles or the large display of magazines. The cafe is very clean and we usually end our visit there, sweet treat and a drink."
