"The coffee has always been good, but the seating is very uncomfortable. Getting it to-go is a good option. Usually the baristas are friendly and sweet. But a young man took my last order and said he would bring it out to me. So I sat away from the counter and read a book, with their music coming through the speakers overhead. Perhaps he called my order, but I never heard it. Didn't think I needed to- I thought he would "bring it out to me." When I finally came to the counter and said I was going to have to leave, I saw my order sitting on the counter. When I asked if that was mine, he said "yes." Mind you, there were two customers in the place and he was doing nothing at the time. I'm happy to go get my order. I never expected him to bring it, except that that's what he said. I simply took him at his word. The paper was stuck to the burrito, tearing it apart, as well, making it difficult to scarf it down in a hurry. I had to leave half of it. Normally this is a great place. Cushions, and being mindful of what you are promising would be nice."

"We were passing through town and decided to try it cause it looked cute. But I am SO disappointed. I asked for half sweet but it was still too sweet for me to drink. You can see the syrup at the bottom. I even asked for an extra shot which I had to double check they put it in. I should have made sure they did half sweet but they weren't overly friendly. I am so disappointed I spent too much money on this that I can't drink. The cinnamon roll was good but my husband house coffee was weak too."
