What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"We have been here several times and today is the day I knew I needed to write my review. We came in on a quiet Saturday morning after the holidays when the Weston shopkeepers are recovering from their breakneck pace around the holidays. We were warmly greeted immediately (as was everyone who entered). Chris, the owner, described details of the coffee they roast and the goodies they sell here, which was quite helpful! Joey, at the register, was a lovely first impression of super customer service! We chose a Butterscotch Latte and a regular Latte, a croissant with sausage, cheese and egg, a toasted English muffin with ham, cheese and egg and (couldn’t help it) a Cranberry Orange Muffin. Our coffees: smooth, perfect balance, creamy, and the butterscotch was a subtle touch- you can get caramel topping and whipped cream if you want the full chebang. Our sandwiches: soft flaky croissant held moist, savory sausage with lovely cheddar and fluffy eggs. Yum! My partner described his sandwich as delightful - the ham had the perfect amount of mild smoky and the rest of the sandwich? Think carefully crafted Homemade Egg McMuffin. We will be back to have these again - and to try their signature Breakfast Burritos! The Cranberry Orange Muffin, baked onsite, was a sweet explosion of tasty, sweet/ tart cranberries, moist cake and crunchy/not-too-sweet crumble topping on top. The space is so comfortable. We have been here when it is full with a line and we had the joy of talking to the owner this morning when it was nearly empty. He told us about the art they have for sale by Plein Aire artists and about the town’s love of visitors. We enjoyed every minute here. By the time we left, it was full and there was a lovely line of customers ordering their coffee and sweets. When you visit Weston, make it a point to stop by and meet Chris and his partner, Julie. They’ve got a great thing going on there!"
"I was in Weston with a school group and found this coffee shop nearby. The employees are super friendly and the coffee is delicious. I’ll be stopping by the next time I’m Weston. Highly recommend!"
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Absolutely Outstanding! Weston Coffee Roastery just won Best Coffee Spot in Platte County, and I could not agree more! The moment I walked in, the aroma alone told me I was in the right place. The coffee is unbelievably fresh, smooth, and full of flavor — easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can feel the passion they put into every roast and every cup. If you’re a coffee lover, this place is a must-try. Congratulations to them on the well-deserved award! I’ll definitely be back. ☕🔥 Took my wife and kids, surprise there was hot cocoa that they absolutely loved!!!"
"Awesome coffee drinks. The eployees are fun and knowledgeable about the area. And just a really cool spot to kick back on a super comfy couch or chair and soak up the weston feel. Thanks again for another great drink for me my wife and kid."
"PROs: Great location. Quaint and rustic decor. Indoor seatings. Great menu to choose from. And great coffee too! Friendly staff and we enjoyed chatting with Chris about the shop, the town, and traveling. CONs: Nothing. Our experience here was great. We ordered a latte and decaf 'Cup of Luck'. The cashier jokingly said 'they're fresh out of luck'. Haha! "Ok, how about a 'cup of blessings'?" And they served us 2 bless filled of coffees."
"Weston Coffee Roastery has a nice origin story and is owned by locals. I love the location and the all brick building and interior walls. For a coffee shop..."
