"Their apple fritters are burnt. Y'all need to tell the baker that the edges& bottom of an apple fritter are to be brown (a little darker than Golden Brown), not black or very dark (near black). Don't give me that it is because of the sugar and fat. I know better. Additionally, their apple critters are extremely greasy. So, tell the baker to ensure the oil is hot enough before the drop the dough into the oil. Plus, tell the baker not to put too many apple fritters in the oil at one time, because that causes the temperature of the oil to drop too low which causes the dough to absorb the oil which makes the apple fritters greasy."
