"I had a great experience dining at Under the Oak. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were seriously generous—come hungry! We ordered the fried pork chops, grilled salmon, and steak, and each dish was flavorful and cooked just right. The pork chops were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the salmon was perfectly grilled with a nice char, and the steak was tender and full of flavor. To top it off, we shared some beignets that were warm, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere had a cozy, welcoming vibe. Definitely a spot I’d return to when I want a hearty, satisfying meal."

"The Under the Oak Cafe is a casual breakfast, lunch, dinner restaurant. The atmosphere is sort of neat, almost like a fantasy version of a large oak tree growing out of the lobby. The food is also casual with standard breakfast items and sandwiches. Our server was friendly and attentive and the location allows children to enter without going through the casino."

"We were staying at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort for the night. After reading reviews for Under the Oak and seeing the pictures, my daughter and I decided to have dinner here. Kathleen provided excellent service, recommendations, and feedback on the questions we had on the menu. We had the meatloaf and creme brulee. Based on Kathleen's feedback on the portion size, we decided to share the meal and dessert. We enjoyed the food and left full. The menu offers a great variety of options for different palates and the atmosphere was quaint in a Bridgerton kind of way."

"New Years Eve my wife and I visited the Scarlet Pearl and decided to give the cafe a try. Very nice staff at the host podium. Was seated right away with no wait for table for 2. Our waiter was Brooke and she was amazing and had a great attitude and charisma that made our dining experience even better. The prices are a little steep but since we were using our meal comps from the casino we weren’t worried with prices. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp as a meal along with the Phillycheese Steak w/ provolone cheese with baked beans for the side. The pictures doesn’t do the flavor packed in the meals! Definitely will be back!"

"Seeing the super cute decor at Under the Oak Cafe while we were visiting the Casino, we had to give it a try. Jorge was so friendly and helpful with what to choose from the menu and took great care of us! I had the Hamburger Steak with Onion and Mushroom gravy with Mashed Potatoes and it was very good! My husband had the Gumbo, which he loved, and the Grilled Shrimp which was very good, too. We will be back next time!"
