"The service here was absolutely terrible. The workers didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, and once we saw our cookies we were not too happy. This looks absolutely nothing like how it is supposed to. We asked the employees to fix the issue and they completely ignored us."

"For overpriced “gourmet” cookies, customer service should be over the top. A smile or hello isn’t too much to ask. Further, listening to your private conversation of how you applied for a management position with 5 others standing around you and what seems to be a manager working on a kiosk while my order is not even remotely being looked at or processed. Me and my 3 kids will just stand here and patiently wait for someone to even recognize we are here and have stood beside you at a kiosk and placed an order. You’re cookies are great, always are, but I should enjoy my visit for the price I paid which includes the tip I gave you"
