"I was wondering why this place was so dead in the middle of dinner rush on a Saturday. Now I know. The food tasted fine. Not amazing, but tasty enough. But the portions were a joke for the prices. My pasta was $15 for literally 1/3 of a bowl. Maybe a cup of noodles (cooked). I even had the waitress come over to confirm the portion was correct and she assured me the portions are strictly weighed out. The weirdest part was there was actually a decent amount of steak. It was the noodles (penne) which is the cheapest part of the meal that they skimp on. I will say my husband got the kickin chicken which was again decent and his portion was on the larger side. So perhaps it was just the pasta that was ridiculous."

"I enjoyed my meal here. I ate here alone tonight and the staff took good care of me. I had the new teriyaki bowl, it was an interesting mix of flavors to say the least, but it was actually pretty good. The chicken was juicy and crispy, which I appreciated. What’s interesting is that you scan a QR code to pay your bill. I had a little bit of trouble with it, but it worked eventually. I’m sure the option to pay traditionally works as well."

"Literally one of the greatest places on the Coast! My mom and I often go here after a day of shopping, and we love everything about Mugshots! We just did a Togo order, 1:22/26, and I just so happened to have messed something up! And there was a very nice lady named Michelle on the phone that fixed it in minutes! Literally put the biggest smile on my face! I love when you can hear someone’s smile over the phone! "We arrived early afternoon on the Sunday before Labor Day. We were seated right away. Firstly, the environment is extremely clean to include the bathrooms. our sweet waiter was very quick and helped us with ordering. I ordered the steak burger with a fried egg. it was insanely delicious. the bread was so soft and the burger had so much flavor. highly recommend! my husband ordered the texan burger and it was also amazing! we cut our burgers in half and split each one. The fried were sooooo good. i got sweet potato fries and he got the regular ones. both were delicious. my mother in law ordered the a1 steak sauce burger and she said it was amazing as well. my father in law ordered the shrimp pasta and he said it was not good at all. he said there was no flavor and the sauce was very watery. the bread that came with it was also hard and just not good so i don’t recommend the pasta! To be fair, he asked the waiter what she recommended, and she said either a burger or a salad but she didn’t say anything about the pasta! anyways, i will 100% be back for a burger because it was so so soooo good!!!! and our service was phenomenal!"
