It had two things I didn't want and none of what I actually wanted. It's extremely frustrating. I am sick and it's the only thing I feel like I was going to be able to eat. Do better"

"I come here all the time, and normally receive excellent customer service, today the older lady at the window was so rude. I think she spit in my drink, and my egg wasn’t cooked. She was so nasty and so rude, it’s a bad look and makes the customer no longer interested in the food. Do better, if you don’t want this job find a new one, it’s enough going on in the world I don’t want to deal with your attitude, especially when I’m having a great day!"

"I hadn't eaten at Ward's in several decades. Not on 49N anymore (and I guess for many years) but still in Gulfport. Chili Cheese burger, big or little, great and Cajun fries and homemade root beer great. They have rings and you have to ask for the frosted mug,oddly."

"I was in Gulfport this weekend helping my son move to move there. I don't like Gulfport a lot. But having a WARDS down the street, I will visit more offen now. They will be thinking I'm coming to visit them more now 😀😁. I have NOT been to a WARDS where I didn't give 5 STARS. This franchise is always consistent with their operation. "Attempted to order food in the drive through for my family of 5. The lady was extremely rude and told me that I would have to come inside for an order that large. I explained that I have ordered the same food on multiple occasions with no problem. I also explained that I could not come in as I would have to get my small children out of the car and then could not carry the food. She continued to be rude and refused to take my order. We used to eat here on a regular basis but will not do so anymore."
