"Our barista was so great. We ordered multiple coffees and they were all filled accurately and she even wrote on each cup which one was which. Not all employees at that location do that and I appreciate it!"

"I ordered an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte. As the barista made the drink I watched him put what seemed to be a few drops of espresso in it, before filling almost the entire cup with milk. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, as I typically don’t judge a latte before trying it. After taking a few sips, I’m honestly not sure if there’s any espresso in it. The customer service is normally good at this location and any other Java Moes I go to, but this barista seemed very annoyed that I even ordered a drink. He wasn’t rude necessarily, he just didn’t say anything at all and was on his phone even while making the drink. I don’t normally leave low reviews, but I am annoyed at paying close to 7 dollars for 16 ounces of milk."

"Got a caramel iced macchiato.. they made the wrong coffee for me. So they fixed another one that I asked for originally. They still charged me $11 for BOTH of those coffees and told me that I would get refunded. Well that was around 2 months. Unless you want your money stolen from you don’t go here and they screw up orders all of the time!!!!!!!!"

"To begin with, I got a gift card a while ago from someone and had never tried this place. I went down and had a cup of coffee that blew me away. A few qeeks later I went down to this location which happened to be today. I was frustrated and a tad bit annoyed. I told the barista I needed some tea to help me to kind of mellow out. He went over the many different types of teas they had and was very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure to ask how I liked my tea. I told him that I'm not really big on sweeteners but I did love cream in it. He made it for me and I was amazed that it was not scortched. It was not just regular tea bags. It was bags that could be used more than once. They have several different types of coffees, eats, and I believe they have Frappuccinos as well. And grab a gift card of two for a little happy for a loved one. The coffee and tea here are some of the best I've ever tried. If you get a quick moment to stop in, they are inside of Forrest General Hospital. Go through the front entrance and take a left go around to the food court and they are by the big windows! I would absolutely recommend this location. Its clean, convenient, well lit and its also open when most other places are not. It's also more affordable. They also have big bags of coffee and I believe some teas you can take home. This one I put on here is 16.99 and it is absolutely superb!!!
