"I had not eaten here in years. They are famous for their chili and chili dogs. I was very disappointed. The chili dog was OK but not as good as I remember. But the chili was full - absolutely full - grease. I spent several minutes getting the grease out with my spoon and putting it on my chili lids. It congealed quickly. Definitely grease and not a sauce."

"We always look forward to a trip around Hattiesburg, MS so that we can make a stop at Ward’s. I love this place and all that it offers. This particular stop was for breakfast and the patty sausage biscuit did not disappoint, as usual. The lady at the register was extremely nice. The place was pretty clean to be an older building, looks like the staff takes care of it pretty well. I pretty much always have a good experience at this location on Hwy 49. We’ll always recommend Ward’s for any meal."

"Wr ALWAYS eat at this Ward's when we travel from Cullman, AL to Brooklyn. We eat their breakfast and their chili burgers. We ALWAYS have to get a "Ward's fix" and this is the best one to do that."
