"Stood in line 5 mins the ONLY person in line. Two people working behind the counter NO ONE ask or said anything to me. They looked in my face several times and did not say I’ll be with you in a min. But they made sure every one in front of me with scrubs on got waited on an I didn’t. My money is as good as the people with scrubs on. That was rude and pissed poor if customer service.. AN I DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING THERE."

"I arrived at Cups in the lobby of St. Dominic Hospital this morning at 7:50am. Waited until 2 customers were served and was the next customer at the counter. There were 2 women working and they never even acknowledged I was there. No greeting, no we will be with you shortly.. nothing. They served 2 other women at each end of the counter that walked up way after me. After 10 minutes I left. Terrible customer service. No more Cups for me ever. Thanks"

"I am a 69 year old who just started drinking coffee this year! I put myself at the liberty of CUPS telling them I like mine sweet and with milk. I was fixed a Blondie which suited my fancy to a T!! The only surprise was the cost. But, hey, it was worth this delightful experience!"
