"✨ Dinner at Pulito Osteria did not disappoint 😋 The baby beets were super fresh, the Margherita pizza was classic perfection, and the lobster + filet were both amazing — so tender and flavorful. The mushrooms on the side were addicting 🤤 Ended the night with the warm apple crumble and vanilla ice cream… absolute heaven 🍎🍨 Everything was beautifully done — can’t wait to go back! 💛🍷"

"Pulito is such a gem and my favorite restaurant in Jackson! The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere with the open kitchen and beautiful bar is stunning, and the food is out of this world. The linguine is delicious and definitely my go to dish, even though it’s hard to pick with so many incredible options! The delicate squash, spicy fried potatoes, and bread service are also outstanding. Although I’m pregnant, my fiancé has loved every single cocktail he’s ordered!!! So happy this place is in Jackson and excited for many more visits to come."

"Small Plates, BIG Flavor Some of the best tasting food in Jackson. Every single dish we ordered was genuinely excellent and clearly made with care. We started with the house bread service, followed by the linguine, then the braised short rib with speckled butter beans, and finished with an affogato. Not a miss in the lineup. Portion sizes are on the smaller side, so order more than you think you’ll need. It’s a little pricey for what you get, but the flavor absolutely delivers and stands out compared to most places in town. We did have a reservation and were still seated outside, so heads up there. It was cold, so plan accordingly. That said, the service was great and handled everything well. If you’re going for intentional, elevated, and memorable food, this place is worth it. Just come hungry, dress warm if needed, and enjoy the experience."

"(WARNING PRICEY BLAND FOOD) Pulito Osteria offers a warm atmosphere with an impressive bar program. Charles, the bar manager, stood out for his knowledge of the seasonal menu and the chef’s commitment to using local produce. His recommendations and the overall beverage menu were a highlight of the evening. However, after I told him the chicken was under seasoned, he insulted the south by saying food here is overly seasoned and that we don’t understand seasoning. While rambling on he offered to bring salt insinuating that’s all the seasoning we know. I rejected the offer. Charles (the bar manager) was overly bragging about the items on the menu which ultimately fell short. Learn to recommend without over selling because my palate was disappointed. For food, the menu offers variety, but execution was hit-or-miss. I started with the Pork & Ricotta Meatballs (tomato gravy, parmesan). While the meatballs themselves were very dense, the tomato gravy delivered ok flavor and balance. For my entrée, I had the Roasted Chicken (half bird with fine herbs salsa verde). Unfortunately, the lemony salsa verde overwhelmed the dish, the chicken skin was rubbery, and the seasoning fell flat, making this a miss for me. On the side, I tried three offerings: Delta Grind Polenta with Parmesan — by far the best dish of the night. Creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Spicy Fried Potatoes — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired wonderfully with the polenta. Purple Hull Peas with Chili Vinegar — creative, but the flavors didn’t quite come together for me. Overall, the standout here is the bar experience but seating is limited. However, with its extensive beverage list and skilled cocktails, I’d recommend grabbing a seat at the bar to sip and relax. I plan to return to try their scratch-made pastas (hyped by the bar manager), but I’d skip the roasted chicken. Lastly, I recommend reservations for better seating."

"We had a wonderful experience. The ambiance is great - it’s a beautifully decorated space and the seating is very comfortable. I love the layout and we could see the kitchen from our booth, which was cool. The staff is super friendly! We ordered the meatball appetizer, the bread service, four pasta dishes, the steak, broccoli side, greens, Caesar salad and cocktails. Everything was delicious, but the Caesar salad and steak stood out. The steak was a PERFECTLY cooked medium rare and a great size. My husband said it was as good, if not better, than his favorite steak place in Ridgeland. ;) Just a warning, it is higher end and the prices do reflect that. The portions are on the smaller side, but the quality is incredible. I’d love to see them throw in a few more less expensive pieces of bread to bulk up the bread service and make you feel like you are getting a little more bang for your buck. But that’s the most constructive/critical thing I could think of! They are super organized, friendly, fast and provide a great experience start to finish!"
