"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I received a burger that was undercooked, with raw ground beef in the center. I didn’t realize how undercooked it was until I was already home. I called the restaurant to address the issue and was told a manager would come to the phone, but after waiting for an extended period of time, no one ever did. I remained calm and respectful, but the situation was never resolved. Serving raw ground beef is a food safety concern, and the lack of follow-up made it worse. This experience was disappointing and unfair as a customer."

"We ordered three of the Cajun pastas. We paid 18$ each, just for it to be skimpy and they didn’t even have the garlic bread which it comes with. This was the worst experience we’ve had with takeout. Tried to call about it no one answered. I realized they were closed so I decided to make a review."

"After driving all day we stopped here to eat and was told it would be 30min in an almost empty restaurant since my family of 6 didn't want to sit at the bar. The host looked like she got excitement out of telling us this. The manager came over and got us seated earlier. Our waitress changed our whole mood she was Wonderful, Amazing, Great did I say "AMAZING". If you go there ask to be seated in Brittany Smith section. My 2 cents is be careful who you have at your front door."

"Sorry about this, but management needs to staff to seat and serve. I'm sure the hard working staff are doing the best they can with the tools/staff they have to work with. My son and I came in about 1:15 for lunch and were roundly ignored. The bartender finally said they would be right with us. After another 10 minutes we left. I noticed only one server plus the bartender trying to handle 8 or 9 tables."

"I ordered online for pick up. They didn't put all the food I paid for in the order. Employee complained about me to her manager without putting herself on mute or me on hold. Will not be returning. Would much rather spend my hard earned money at a place that hires people that treat you like a valuable customer instead of a just the middle man to get your money."
