"Asked yo go through drive through again because my order wasn’t ready and people in front of me. Waited another 10-15 minutes. Cheese not cooked. No pickle. Rude employees. Seems they just want the ole miss students instead of the ones that carry them through when ole miss is closed. Yes I said a bad word. But I used my entire lunch break to get cold good that was ordered on app. As long as I have been a customer, I will no longer be one."

"Unacceptable wait time for two sandwiches. Walked in to place a counter order and waited almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches. The restaurant was about half full and no excuse. We own Airbnb’s in Oxford, Mississippi and would put this restaurant on our do not go to list based on our experience twice now."

"Only a 2 star because this is the first bad experience I’ve had. Waiting in pickup line for 20 minutes to get a broccoli and cheese with this glob of something I have no clue what was. Clear gelatin like glob in my soup. Also got a sweet tea that has 0 sugar in it. Just overall bad experience. For a person that was looking forward to a quick good meal on lunch break this was bad. Gotta tighten up"
