"Liv is the sweetest person ever. After the ice storm I was without power and heat for 5 days. 30 weeks pregnant in the cold dark. Once the ice finally melted and roads were safe I was able to drive safely and saw shadrachs was open. I’ve been so depressed and Liv was the first smiling and happy face I’ve seen in what feels like an eternity. Her positivity and kindness turned my entire day around. Even though it was cold, she was slipping on ice getting to take orders from cars and probably going through the same experience without water or power at home herself, she was so positive and happy. That turned my day around so fast in the best way. The entire team working yesterday when I came by was fantastic! Everyone was so kind and genuine. Smiles and laughter. It was so nice being around positivity when you needed it the most. Kudos to everyone there! Hope you all stay safe and warm."

"Okay. I’m not sure why it took me a year to stop by this place to try some coffee, but today was the day. My most recent visit to Starbucks was rather expensive, so I opted to try out Shadrachs. I was thoroughly impressed. As I walked up to the window to order, I noticed the nice outdoor seating they have. I asked the girl at the window what sugar free syrups they had, and she named off several, unlike their competitors down the street. I told her it was my first time stopping by, and I noticed they had several signature drinks. She asked me if I liked my drink sweet or not so sweet. She suggested to me the Cosmic Carmel. I said YES, I’ll try that. Needless to say they have a new customer for sure. The drink came out hot and fresh and the taste exceeded my expectations. When I look at the speed of service, the friendliness of the staff, and the taste of the drink itself, I’m sold on Shadrachs! Thanks for making my day this morning. If you’re ever in Oxford, try them out. You will not be disappointed at all!! Made another stop today and tried a chocolate muffin. I asked if they had food, as I always go to the walk up window. They have no food menu advertised at the walk up window. I tried the chocolate muffin. It was big, however it lacked im taste. I guess I expected more from it. It was a plain muffin with chocolate chips in it. My sugar free cosmic caramel latte was delicious as usual. I would suggest adding a food menu for those of us that walk up. Had I not asked, I would have never known that you guys have food. July 16, 2024- Today I tried the sausage egg and cheese croissant. I asked what they had this morning and he started naming off the food items. I asked could I add the pepper jack cheese to the croissant. He said no, because it comes prepackaged. The croissant 🥐 was nice and hot, but the egg and sausage were cold. I opted to heat it up in the microwave when I got to work. Not so great 1st experience with the breakfast sandwich. Perhaps when they said it’s prepackaged I should have opted for just the coffee, which was great."

"i usually get amazing service food and drinks but this time there was a milk cap?? or something in my drink. not a huge deal just wish it wasn't in there. I will be going back bc i love the employees and making sure they get a good tip everyday other day. But i would definitely perfer for there not to be strange items in my drinks."

"It's so beautiful outside today and I had a few minutes to pop by and come to this coffee shop I haven't been to yet. It only has a few tables outside but the workers are SO friendly and the coffee quality is great. The staff member who took my order was polite and also honest about their own coffee preferences so that was neat. Per her suggestion I did half the sweetness level on an iced cinnamon roll coffee and it was spot on for what I wanted. If I lived in Oxford I'd definitely visit more but when I come to visit my fam I'll be sure to come back when I can."

"Went here for a biscuit at noon-ish after looking everywhere else in town (bbb was closed). They had one kind left. It was disgusting. It’s those weird grey frozen sausage patties. Got a latte w honey. Tastes like syrup. They took my order before I ever saw the menu and didn’t really want me to pull up to see it… 1/10 will never go back, I’d rather starve 🙃"
