"I usually get the Wheatley St and sub out regular caramel for salted caramel. There is a young man who works sometimes, and he makes it excellent every time I have ordered one! The color of the drink is always brown with a strong taste of coffee and all other flavors. I have ordered it exactly the same two other times, but it was made by someone else those times. The drink was white and tasted like milk both times. I could not taste espresso or anything else besides milk or cream. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke thing, but the same thing happened this morning. I always try to support you guys instead of the bigger franchises etc. But I have been disappointed the last two times. I don't usually mind paying the price for the drinks, but I do mind where there is lack of consistency and quality. 😔"
