"I paid for whip, but wasn’t even given enough to make the drink as it was at other places. When I asked for more to spread throughout the drink, the girl just kept saying she had already put it in. After a few tries, I asked CAN I HAVE MORE whip? & then she was going to charge. There wasn’t enough to begin with (of what I had already paid for). Huge awkward w change with them condescendingly saying bla bla bla Horrible customer service. This was going to be my & my friends new spot near the mall. We go almost daily 🤷🏻‍♀️ but go near the hospital. Still looking for a good tea place near mall area. We get a few on work days."
