"So this is annoying. I placed an order for a book online for in store pick up. My family went there to get it for me because I was sick. They went in and told them the order and account. They searched for it and come to figure out some dumb lady put it back on the shelf after only two hours of the order being placed. They went and got the book and they should the lady my membership card and they refused to use the five dollars I had. They said they were comfortable using the card since I wasn’t there. But the kicker is that the order was placed under my account so why couldn’t they use the card. It’s not like they didn’t know I placed the order"

"The Cafe is not good. The baristas were nice enough but the drinks were gross. The actual Barnes and Noble employees all seem like you’re inconveniencing them by shopping there. 3 stars just for Barnes and Noble itself."

"They have a wonderful children’s section, helpful staff, and a Starbucks. The building is older with some leaks, but the leaks are handled well and the store is otherwise clean. If you’re looking for book recommendations, I would suggest having an idea before going into a bookstore. Consider doing some research online or reaching out to your local librarian. Overall, we enjoy stopping here and checking out their deals."

"This Barnes & Noble is located in the Tupelo Mall. There is access to the store from the outside of the mall, as well as within. The store is well kept and clean. The coffee shop is the highlight of this establishment. They are a little slow, but the coffee is good. This location has a very good children's section and their toy/novelty items are more extensive than most stores. The location has several roof leaks that need to be fixed."

"I 100% ♥️ this Cafe the staff is friendly and they care about the quality of their drinks last night it was extremely busy and while I was standing in line their was a young lady and her friend who were being very rude and complicated they ordered a Ice Carmel Latte with Oat milk but was so rude about it, it threw the environment off even after it was made and the drink was called out several times they were so busy on the phone no one came and got it🙄 the crew took it with a grain of salt but it wasn't fair for them especially working as hard as they were... People love posting bad reviews mainly because they're self-centered and have no empathy for the fact that these people work all year long and the holidays are the most stressful time for them 😔 just remember when you walk into a line you will wait settle down and have a seat and wait for your drink..."
