"I have been one of your biggest fans since you opened, but after two bad experiences with the deli, I am not quite as supportive as I once was. My son ordered a chicken tenders tray for my granddaughter's birthday party. Ther are supposed to be 50 tenders per tray, and when the tray was picked up there were only 30 tenders on the tray, and he was still charged full price. He called back to let them know that he didn't get a full tray, and after some back and forth with a rude deli employee, they agreed to fix the missing tenders. He just picked them up, and there was no apology or explanation, just attitude from the employee. The same thing happened to me in November, only there were 25 tenders on my tray, and they charged full price. I did speak with the manager on duty, because i was so disappointed. This is not the Brook's Grocery that I love. The manager refunded my money, but I didn't have enough tenders for my event. Both of these orders were placed well in advance. Brook's Grocery, please do better, and get back to the store that I love."
