"Listen! I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or thought I was playing on the phone or what not. But she answered the phone and I was asking her how was she doing, I mean she never responded that was rude. Then she hung up the phone in my face that was rude. I was simply inquiring about delivering an order to a school in Tupelo. They have good loaded teas but the phone communication service is not good. I called 10 times literally back to back no answer after the first time she answered the phone."
