"I have been craving a loaded tea all morning and finally found a store that was open on Thanksgiving! I was so excited that I drove 30 minutes just to get one. The two girls who were working treated me like I was a complete inconvenience for them! They rushed me through my order first, acted like anything I was asking for was a burden, put sooo much ice in my cup I couldn't close the lid and never mixed my drinks! They didn't even make the drink I asked for and there were chunks in all 3 drinks!! So gritty that I couldn't drink them. The worst experience I've ever had just trying to buy a drink! I guess that's what I get for wanting a tea on a day where the staff clearly didn't want to be there! I've never made a review in my life but that experience was completely uncalled for."
