"We all ordered a slice of pizza. This is the first time we have eaten here and the pizza was not fresh. They had multiple meat lovers cooked and stacked on top of each other. The pepperoni 🍕 was the only fresh slice we got. Disappointed today to say the least. We always have such a good experience here. Four of us ate for $10 though. The bad part is we ended up trashing two of the slices."

"They screwed up the order and refused to even attempt to fix.It sent me across the store to talk to customer service.And when I got back, they hadn't even thought to be considerate and start remaking.The order insisted that I go through the app to reorder before they would do anything to help. After remaking the pizza's, the lady was trying to retaliate for me being upset and refused to give us plates to be able to get someone else to help us behind the counter."

"Patricia & Mary Kate did an AWESOME job with a pizza party I bought for my Physical Therapists! I called ahead for a Pepperoni, 4 Meat & Supreme pizza... they had them baked & ready by the time I arrived, and all those for UNDER $30 (including TAX)!!"

"$10 for a pizza meal for the family after shopping is still doable here, at least for now. When that changes, I will no longer have any reason to frequent Sam's or purchase a membership."
