"July 17th, 2025 I chose to try The HandPie Guy in Tupelo, MS. Let. Me. Tell. You. It was delicious, flaky, I had already scarfed down the Cheese Burger pie. It was divine the two of those, THENNN I also grabbed the Gauva with vanilla crème for dessert. It was the perfect sweet ratio for after lunch. I am in love with The handpie Guys work here. "Don't sleep on this place! Visited about 1030am today (Friday), never been inside Change before. Walk in and the place is empty just the Handpie Guy himself waiting for the lunch crowd. Super nice! He explained that someone bought all the biscuits & gravy and the mushroom pie, but he had mississippi pot roast and jalapeño popper - would take approx 5 minutes to bake fresh. OK! Let's roll. He popped them in the oven, we had a good, friendly chat, and VIOLA! I walked out with piping hot savory piesamplesome of each of the sweet pies. Got home, dug in and MY, OH PIE! DANG FINE Delicious! There is no place to sit down and eat inside, this is set up for a take out, there's a few picnic tables outside. He also had some bottled drinks for sale. Can't wait to see how this guy shapes his market and grows. SUPPORT! Tupelo needs this!"
"This place takes the homemade chocolate fried pies to the next level. The price is good for the 2 pies, chips and a drink. Things you never thought could be in a fried pie are here folks. He has Cheeseburger pies, pot roast pies Cajun pies and all the sweet pies also! My only complaint is he is only open Wednesday--Fridays."
