She sources her beans from different parts of the world and roasts them herself. There are usually 3 beans on rotation - you can buy a bag or have a cup as a pour over. She explains all the complexities of the flavor profiles, and I love getting to try them. She also has an amazing cold brew in the summer! Its cool that you can check out the stuff in the Outdoor store while you're there :). What a gem of a coffee spot to have in Anaconda."
"This is the best coffee in town, hands down. Dina is very passionate about her beans and roasting process, which makes the entire experience extremely unique not only in Anaconda but also in all of Montana. This pour-over bar gives you the opportunity to learn about which beans you’ll be drinking, where they came from, how they were roasted, and which brew method you’ll be drinking. You get to smell the beans and pick your own for your drink, then learn all about it as Dina prepares your cup. I really like the iced coffee with cardamom and cinnamon, but the hot coffee is really nice too when it’s cold out. She also has some baked goods at the bar from a local bistro, making it the perfect little coffee shop. The bar is tucked in the back of Anaconda Outdoor, so it’s always fun seeing what the store has brought in for the season. You can also buy beans by the bag to take home and brew yourself, which is why I started to go in there in the first place. I don’t drink any other coffee ever since I tasted her specialty roasted beans. If you have an espresso machine at home, then you will notice the difference immediately. Her coffee is velvety smooth. I could go on and on but you’ll just have to try it for yourself. Plus, Dina is cool and fun to talk to."
