One would expect a leader to possess the gravitas of an adult, yet here we are, navigating the labyrinthine whims of individuals whose professional temperament is indistinguishable from a primary schooler clutching a stolen crayon. It is truly a marvel to witness such exquisite hospitality hosted within a framework of such juvenile insecurity; it’s rather like serving a vintage Bordeaux in a sippy cup. To experience the staff is to witness poetry; to encounter the management is to be reminded that some people simply never outgrew the sandbox. Great coffee though!"

"Super quick service without being rushed. Drive thru audio was great. The staff was all super enthusiastic and friendly. My sandwich was hot and good, and most surprising to me, everything was fully centered! Awesome job guys."

"I don’t know why I gave City Brew another shot, hearing they got new management and new staff, I thought maybe my orders might start coming out right. When arriving in the drive through this morning we sat 18 miniutes behind a car that was sitting in silence, not order being taken. We questioned if the drive thru was open, so we called. The woman that answered said yes they are open and so sorry they didn’t know anyone was in drive thru, we were one of 6 cars. After hanging up I hear someone begin to take the cars order ahead of me. After finally getting through a very slow paced drive thru. The latte was missing whip cream we ordered and the sandwich we received was ice cold, not heated at all sausage frozen in the middle. We called to speak to a manager, the woman said she was a supervisor and asked us to come back so they can heat up the sandwich, really? Drive all the way back 15 minutes to have you heat it. Why were we given a frozen sandwich at all? We asked for the scone to be heated up and it wasn’t we were just handed a cellophane wrapped pastry with a sticker on it. If possible, I think it’s gone more downhill then when we stopped giving them our business over a year ago."

"First time coming to any City Brew and unfortunately we must have caught the employee at this location at a bad time. She seemed annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted (never been here before), and then at the window the same girl or a new girl would hold the items out with no communication. When we first arrived to the window the lack of acknowledgement and communication led us to believe she was deaf or mute, neither of which was the case. Despite the rude customer service and high prices the food was great! The monkey bread muffin and the spicy sausage biscuit were amazing. Super delicious! The sausage and egg burrito does lack sausage. It's mostly egg and lacks seasoning but still okay. We were at the window at 11:12am, we were the only car and it didn't seem busy at all during that time."
