The cold drink was so full that when I grabbed it, it started spilling out the lid and I ended up with coffee all over myself and my car. The lady did not even offer to remake it as I requested hot beverages and just moved onto the next customer. I have always been happy with service at Florence coffee but this one was absolutely terrible. I am unsure if I will return."
"Well, this was the second Florence coffee I drove to across town only to find both of them closed during business hours according to google. I arrived at the first one around 6:45 AM and the second around 6:52 AM. So frustrating. They are usually my place to go so I didn’t give up when the first was closed. Ended up going to City Brew, which was open when I passed it to go to the second Florence Coffee. Get it together or change your advertised hours so I don’t waste my time and gas to end up disappointed."
"The location on Last Chance Gulch has the slowest service anymore. Waited over 10 minutes with 2 workers working. Makayla was so organized and fast. The new manager was one of the workers so she obviously doesn't care either."
