"I don’t normally post negative reviews. However, this is now the second time I’ve ordered ahead, via mobile app, only for the store to “not be open.” Employees inside, doors locked, lights off, and it’s 7:10am. The store opens at 5:30am. This morning put it over the top. I pull to the front after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins to find employees scrambling around inside. The order I placed was supposed to be completed for pick up at 6:40am. (I was not the only customer who ordered and waiting for the doors to open, which would have been open 1.5hr earlier.) I simply asked for a refund and was told they could not do that. Another customer asked if they could just make her drink quickly so she could make it to school. They told her no because they were just now brewing the coffee (again is 7:10am - should have been opened 1.5hr ago.) If this was a one time occurrence I’d understand, but this is now twice."

"One of my favorite Starbucks to visit if I'm on my way somewhere, but don't be in too much of a rush. The workers are efficient, but there is rarely more than one barista working at a time since it doesn't get a whole lot of traffic. Very nice people though."

"If I could rate this Starbucks lower I would. Bad customer service, badly made drinks, and food just thrown in the bag/falling apart. I tried yesterday and got 2 drinks. One I had to throw away. Gave it a shot today and just as bad. Baristas need to be retrained. My honey citrus mint tasted like straight lemonade and my daughter's Strawberry acai lemonade was so bitter. Luckily, I asked for more Strawberry for hers but had to fix mine at home."

"Will be returning these two “drinks” for a full refund. What a disgrace. Zero espresso in the shaken espresso drink. Yikes."
