"When dear friends came to the Triangle for a visit, we had a great time “working from home” from Theoretical Grounds! The barista was friendly and knowledgeable, and made us excellent drinks all morning; my vanilla cappuccino was perfect and delicious! The space is great, with lots of tables and chairs, free WiFi, chill music, TV, and even a covered patio, so setting up our laptops to do some work was easy. Of course Theoretical Grounds is also the awesome bottle shop Bottle Theory, and the items in the fridge are available for purchase all day. Then in the afternoon the taps are open, so if you’re so inclined (as we were) you can stay for a beer or two. It’s so fun to be able to get coffee in the morning then beer in the afternoon! Great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!"

"This morning we wanted coffee and tried it here. It was soooooo bad. Like damn. We paid $13 for two cups of coffee one iced and one caramel machiato. Just really bad. Not recommended. The barista was a really friendly person though."
