What People Are Saying
from Google"I stopped by the new BattleCat Coffee in East Asheville after visiting their West Asheville location several times, and I really liked it. The space has a fun, quirky vibe that feels true to the original but with a fresh setup. I’ve always appreciated how that locations support local artists with fun, creative art on the walls. My latte was great, smooth and well made, and the menu has a few straightforward choices with vegan options. The staff were friendly, and it’s a comfortable spot to sit with a laptop or catch up with friends. Parking is a little tight, and the place still feels like it’s finding its rhythm, but overall it’s a great addition to East Asheville."
"Little coffee shop with a 70s decor vibe, which was rather comforting. I was able to find FREE parking, unlike downtown coffee shops, although they share the building with two other businesses, so parking can be difficult. Ordered the decaf latte, which was very good, and prices were reasonable. Found this on my last day in Asheville, which was a bummer because I would have come here a lot more."
"I adore this place to the bone. I’ve never had a bad experience here and it shows the moment you walk in. It’s a gorgeous store that supports artists with their things for sale. The owner and every barista are amazing people who offer to fix anything if you need it. Great for studying/drawing/reading. I don’t think I could go anywhere else!"
"Love this spot, been a regular for over a year and feel like I’m at home when I’m there :)"
"First time in- got two pistachio iced lattes with oat milk and they were made to perfection! Good espresso, not overly sweet, and super balanced. Inside was cozy with fun trinkets, cool art for sale, and games if you’re planning to stop by with friends. Barista was awesome! They were kind, very quick, but without making us feel rushed while checking out the menu. Totally stopping by next time we’re in town!"
