"My wife is vegan and I am not, so we often have a hard time finding places that we can both eat at and enjoy. I am very happy to say that Bridge & Tunnel is now one of those places. We get coffee from their truck at the Asheville markets all the time, but if you want a great breakfast then stopping by AB Tech for their full menu is well worth it. We had two outstanding breakfast sandwiches and genuinely one of the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time (with real maple syrup!). I am a big fan of the coconut bacon as well. We will be back soon!"
