"I used to really like this coffee shop, but my last two visits were very disappointing. The person behind the counter were rude and acted as if they were doing us a favor by making our coffee. The barista didn’t even call out our order — just left the cup sitting at the pickup counter. They seemed busy, rushing through orders without much care. We ordered lattes both times, and they were overheated and tasted only slightly better than gas station coffee. I wish this place had higher standards for both coffee quality and customer service — it used to be so much better."

The negative reviews about the service here are pretty unfair and, in my experience, untrue. The employees have always been friendly to myself/my friends, and I've never regretted money spent here."
