"Mosaic Café is hands down one of my favorite spots. The employees are always in a great mood and genuinely greet you like they’re happy to see you. They actually care and even remember past conversations, which makes the experience feel so personal. Caleb is an amazing and always puts a smile on my face he truly makes every visit better. The coffee is amazing, the food is just as good, and I love starting my mornings with a stop here. Highly recommend trying their Nitro Cold Brew and their chai coffee, both are absolutely incredible!"

"Don't get the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (update - [at least not without reading the response that the Mosaic Cafe has posted so you know what they mean by "nitro cold brew"] - end update), they do not know how to dispense it. The image shows what I was served after waiting for the foam to dissapate (as they should have while pouring it, and poured more gently to avoid the foam buildup) before drinking any. I've gotten it three times thinking that maybe the last person just didn't know what they're doing, and every single time (different person serving it each time) just fills the cup up like any other beverage rather than treating it like the nitro infused beverage it is. They hand me a cup that at first has about 1/4 inch of liquid and the rest is foam. Every other place I've ever gotten nitro cold brew they treat it as if they are pouring a beer, tilt the cup pouring gently against the wall, and taking their time and waiting for the foam to dissapate as to get a reasonable amount of liquid in the cup and not loose the nitrogen. The food is good though. But they provide a horrible misrepresentation of what nitro cold brew should be. - Update - Editing here as a response to your reply (speaking to the Mosaic Cafe) ---- I get nitro cold brew everywhere I can, have visited dozens of places that serve it and never had it served this way. Nitro Cold Brew is special because the creamy texture and mouthfeel the coffee has when it is infused with nitrogen. I read "nitro cold brew coffee" and expect to get that, not foam. If you are trying to sell the foam please advertise it that way. If you look at the updated images you can see what the general consensus definition of nitro cold brew is and you will see it is not just for the foam, also that 1 inch of foam on top is a lot and 0.5 inches is considered ideal by many. What you are saying is comparable to say the whole point of a beer is to drink the foam or that the whole point of a soda is to drink the foam when you pour it into a cup, not to enjoy the liquid beverage infused with the gas. If this is what you believe, you should seriously rethink calling it nitro cold brew, because what you are serving is not that. Also, I have added a photo of the same cup I received the beverage in with 12 ounces measured out into it that can be compared of the photo I had of the beverage I received about 4-5 minutes later when the foam had subsided before drinking anything so you can see what a 12 ounce pour would look like in your cups since you mentioned the size of the pour you claim to serve. It appears to be about 6 ounces of liquid that I received, although that's really what the problem I was getting at is. Now that you point out the size of the pour, yeah, it's not what you advertise. But the real issue here that I have is that the "nitro cold brew" served here is a stark deviation from the nitro cold brew that is offered at any of the many other coffee serving establishments that I have partaken of; and according the information the Google AI can scan, pretty much anywhere. If you intend for it to be a beverage of foam, you should market it as such. Not a classic -liquid- coffeehouse beverage known for it's smooth texture and creamy mouthfeel."

"I work around the corner from this cute cafe. I eat here at least 5 times a week. Sometimes I get breakfast; the bagel and lox, or the breakfast wraps. Sometimes its lunch; any number of delicious sandwiches, or filling salads! The food is deliecious!!! I am eating a brisket grilled cheese sandwhich right now and its GREAT!!! The folks who work there are all friendly and kind. It is such a welcoming vibe. I am so fortunate to work so close to this delightful place. I highly recommend the Black & Blue brisket grilled cheese!!!!! also one of the few places in the area that make Muffalattas!!! Im from New Orleans, and I love a good Muffulatta, and they make a really good one! Love this place!"

"We come here pretty much every weekend, and this is our usual brunch/lunch spot when we want to go out. The service, the workers, everything about this place is amazing. Family owned, which makes my heart happy and the dishes are truly so amazing. Our go to is the brunch burrito, I’m just truly obsessed with that herby mayo sauce, I’ve even tried making it myself to no success! This is our favorite place in Asheville, you will not regret trying this place and becoming a regular. 😌 We love yall!! Thank you for being such a delicious, reasonably priced, and welcoming spot. Yall are all amazing. 🙂"
