"Wedding cake schmedding cake! With a referral from our wedding venue, we connected with Susie Pearson at Sunshine Sammies for our event, and their work helped us make our day a huge success. We already knew we loved their ice cream and cookies, but we were immediately impressed with how kind, professional, and responsive Susie was. We had about 150 guests and were able to serve multiple options including seasonal as well as vegan/gluten free options. Susie’s team facilitated a complimentary tasting with Danielle (who curates the ice cream recipes—she’s a mastermind!) so we could choose our options. The two staff who served at our event were great—social, friendly, and bright. The portions were outstanding. Our guests LOVED the surprise of having the ice cream sandwiches versus a cake.
