from Google"Gorgeous hotel in the heart of downtown Asheville! An easy walk to shops and restaurants, it blends comfort with style at every turn. Our room was beautiful and inviting, with a spacious bathroom and a stunning mountain view. The in-room lite breakfast basket was a thoughtful, memorable touch. We loved exploring all the different spaces throughout the property. The lobby offers a cozy sitting area and a small service bar that hosts a complimentary happy hour from 5–6. The on-site restaurant is bright and airy, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass that opens to a lovely patio. Upstairs, the rooftop bar serves lite bites alongside incredible views. And on the ground floor, the lively bar area includes plenty of games—even a two-lane bowling alley. A truly delightful stay from start to finish. There are lots of good hotel choices in the Asheville - this is our favorite!"

Working with Lindsey, Matthew, and the entire team was an absolute joy. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out, and they create an environment where planners and clients alike feel supported and cared for. I highly recommend the Restoration Hotel for weddings and events in Asheville, NC, and look forward to working together again in the future."
"My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here and absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind. The complimentary mini fridge non-alcoholic drinks, breakfast basket, wine and charcuterie were the cherries on top the sundae each day. Everytime we hopped off the elevator onto our floor, I inhaled deeply because it just smelled so good and clean! The bed was very comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was a great size, and our balcony was the perfect addition. Located right in the middle of downtown, this hotel provided us with endless food options, shops, and activities in walking distance or a short drive. We tried both restaurants downstairs and the food was delicious! Less than 10 minutes away from the Biltmore. We loved everything about this hotel and our stay. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a pool."
"Nice hotel in a good area. Not worth $300/night in my opinion. Service was ok, our AC wasnt working in the room, was told maintenance would look at it and they never came so we just used the box fan we got from the desk. The included “continental breakfast” is serving size for a toddler and not a complete meal. One day was just coffee cake, a cheese stick & an apple, but you can go downstairs and get a breakfast sandwich from the coffee shop for $9. Rooftop is only open 2 days a week, neither of which were apart of our stay, and the schedule is not advertised. Draftsman is a great amenity with some free arcade games and good environment, but it doesn’t open until 5 during the week which kinda sucks, would be a great indoor winter activity if it were open. Place has amazing potential, really poor execution. Overall a cute place, had a good time, but this hotel isn’t worth the money when you compare it to others in the area."
"Lovely stay at The Restoration Asheville. Beautiful, walkable location, efficient valet, and warm, professional staff—Derek was exceptional. Comfortable rooms, excellent bed, and thoughtful amenities like the morning picnic basket breakfast and daily wine social hour. A small TV issue and a less memorable restaurant experience, but overall a stylish, welcoming hotel I’d gladly recommend."
