"Loved this place!! Literally cannot stop talking about it to my wife. I went with a couple of friends from work and we had the best time! We played new games to us that we plan to purchase in the future because of how fun they were. This place is great! $10 for a game pass and you have access to all of their 700+ game offerings ALL day. Can't wait to come back 😊"

"I only put 4 Stars for the food only because I have not tried anything to eat... THIS visit. Walking by here on occasions I've always said to myself, "Oh wow, a boardgame Cafe, how cool is that? I gotta check it out some day." That is exactly what I say to myself, everytime I pass by. Until today. Today I made it a point to go here specifically. I was immediately greeted by the smell of freshly ground beans, the sound of friends conversing with joy as they played their games of choice, and a pleasant playlist that was at a comfortable and acceptable volume. Shortly thereafter I was promptly greeted by one of the employees with a smile and hello. There was no hint that my absolute ignorance of how everything worked was bothersome (I doubt it even was at all). I was informed on their game nights, pricing, and other things of interest. I ordered a simple vanilla latte just to gain a baseline and was not at all disappointed. The milk was temped right where it should be (coming from a former Barista I was very happy with this), there was just enough vanilla shot where it was noticable but not overwhelming, and when my latte arrived it was escorted by a small troupe of animal crackers! (EDIT: The latte looked much better than the picture I provided because I 1. Couldn't help myself but to take a fresh sip before anything, and 2. Felt I needed to write this out and THEN take a pic I'll do better next time 😆 😆) I really can't wait for when I come back and get a light meal and find someone that wants to play some games over delicious coffee!"

"Well played Board Game Cafe is super fun and relaxing! They have over 700 board games to choose from, great food of all sorts and a bar! Once seated, choose your game (there is a guide on the wall), put the little clip up on your table number whenever you’d like to order food/drinks and enjoy! We had a cherry wine milkshake, artichoke & pimento cheese dip with naan, quiche and various beers & ciders. You may leave the cafe & return anytime throughout the day! Great vibes & fun for all ages. They even have an oversized (working) game of Operation mounted on the wall!"

"We stumbled on Well Played while visiting Asheville and immediately loved the vibe! My boyfriend and I love games so we were in heaven. We each got a coffee and split the spinach dip which were good but hard to mess those up! We LOVED that we could print my dogs face on his Guinness. Staff were great! Wish we lived closer so we can go more often!"

"Really awesome environment to hop in and play board games of your choosing with groups of friends. They have a huge selection of games. QR code ordering food and beverages was quick, easy, and convenient to manage a group tab. Would absolutely visit again!"
