"Sometimes you come across a place that is more than just food. It's special and the people who work there are super nice and friendly making you feel welcome, like visiting an old friend. Pineapple Sol is that kind of place. From the moment we walked in and ordered, until the moment we walked out, it was an overall nice experience. My wife has many allergies and many times when she orders we get the eye rolls, sighs, we've seen it all, but not here. She was so helpful and sympathetic to my wives's needs. As a coffee over myself I am always on the hunt for a good cup of Coffe and what I got was amazing! Not only did it look beautiful, but the taste was out of this world! Not too sweet and not too much of anything, a perfect balance of coffee heaven! Overall the experience was one to remember and seeing other folks enjoying themselves as well was an extra treat. As far as a vibe for this cafe, I immediately thought of my song, "Take the Time, from my first instrumental album, "When Words Aren't Enough." It just seems perfect for this place. If you want a quick, cheap meal, go somewhere else. If you want to savor your food, enjoy the company of your friends while gently sipping a great cup of Joe, this is your place!
