"This coffee place and taproom is an awesome spot to hang out with friends. They have an impressive collection of beers along with plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus really good coffee. The space is large and cozy, with comfortable sofas, regular tables and chairs, and high-top seating at the bar, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, especially on Saturday nights when they have live music and stay open until 11 p.m. There are also lots of board games, which makes it even more fun for group hangouts. While they don’t serve food, you’re welcome to bring your own, which is a nice bonus. It’s a great indoor spot during the winter months to relax over coffee, and just as perfect on a summer afternoon to enjoy a chilled drink. The vibe is relaxed and fun, and prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I loved the overall experience and would definitely recommend this place."

"I was looking for options to celebrate my birthday, and honestly, most places were very reluctant to help. Emails went unanswered, I was redirected to websites even though I couldn’t book through them, and the whole process felt frustrating and impersonal. Then I remembered a past visit to the Williams House Craft Room and thought about their cozy “VIP” room. I immediately pictured the comfortable couches, the relaxed atmosphere, the great drinks, and knew it could be the perfect setup. I decided to give it a try and called — and wow. What a breath of fresh air. Speaking with Ashley was such a wonderful experience. She truly cared, was incredibly helpful, flexible, and genuinely willing to make things work for both of us. That kind of service is rare these days. For the first time, I felt like I had found a space that offered everything I was looking for. I appreciate Ashley and her brother Tom so much. Thanks to them and the beautiful Williams House ambiance, my birthday celebration was absolutely amazing. The live music, games, variety of interesting beers, excellent service, and overall personal experience meant so much to me. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend the Williams House Craft Room for any occasion — birthdays, parties, get-togethers, date nights, or girls’ nights out. "I really like it here. Everyone is friendly, the vibes are really cozy and chill. I have one recommendation for your team: get a really nice sign outside. Your current sign is so misleading to what's on the inside! I'm telling you it would be a game-changer for you business! Just invest in a really nice sign that gives passersby an impression of how nice it is inside. Anyway, again, it's a great spot for coffee, drinks, to chill, etc. I work here a lot and the staff is so so nice. Perfect place for drinks after work, etc."

"A true hidden gem in downtown Cary. My wife, our 8-year-old son, and I come here all the time, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Cary downtown. The space is surprisingly large, open, and comfortable, whether you’re grabbing a quiet corner to work, meeting someone in person, or just enjoying a relaxed morning/evening out of the house. The coffee is excellent, the beer selection is impressive, and they’ve got plenty of great non-beer options too. For all the remote/work-from-home folks like me, this is one of the best places in Cary to get things done. Tons of room, cozy seating, solid Wi-Fi, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay for a while. It’s also very kid-friendly. My son loves all of the board games here and always finds something fun to do while we hang out. Ashley and her team are wonderful, warm, and attentive. There are always fun events happening, which makes every visit feel a little special. Truly a standout spot in downtown Cary. Highly recommend!"

"Such a cool concept, place, building and most of all people. Have been in a couple of times now on home finding trip to the area. Last time a few months ago, the owner remembered us from the last time. You can tell she is very passionate about her work and works hard to make people feel welcome. Lots of places could learn something of being in the hospitality industry from this young lady, a true professional. Btw great beer selection too."
