"This place has a lot going for it. First and foremost, the food is excellent. It boasts a bright, open, and inviting atmosphere, complemented by consistently friendly staff. Parking is usually easy, and the outdoor seating is a nice touch. However, the one glaring issue is the efficiency of service. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by a long line—often exceeding the number of seated guests—which stems from a highly inefficient ordering process. Customers pile up at the front door, waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to place their orders, and then another 20 minutes for their food. This wasteful system is the biggest drawback and discourages repeat visits. To the owners: you’ve done a fantastic job overall, but the ordering process must be overhauled. Implement QR codes on tables so patrons can easily scan and order from their phones. Eliminating the front-door line—especially during winter—will transform this from a good place into a great one. Fix this, and this place will truly be five stars across the board."
