"First time here and boy, what an experience. If all fast food places could take notes, that would be fantastic. The cheerwine donut was amazing. The blueberry biscuit with chicken and cheese, my son said that was the best biscuit he's ever eaten. The ordering was easy and made things so much smoother. I will say me being a southerner I didn't care for the gravy as it definitely needed more seasoning."

"I love going to the Eastgate Rise biscuits. I always order ahead on the app. It gives me the approximate time my order will be ready and I get a text when it's ready for pick-up. Everyone is welcoming and I'm always greeted when I arrive. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. They have the best fried okra and blueberry biscuit! My goto biscuit is the bacon egg cheddar cheese on cheddar cheese biscuit! It's a busy place. Always someone in and out. They close at 2 so you better hurry! P.S. I shared my thoughts about Rise Biscuits some time ago. I wanted to check back in to let you know that they are still doing it to my late breakfast liking. It took my husband longer to get back this time. When I asked why he said that there were a lot of orders ahead of him which is impressive considering it's a very rainy day in Chapel Hill and people tend to stay home on days like this. When I asked about this, they replied that its due to the new Trump presidency and something about it being "Anti-woke". This is absurd and does not align with the values of the people of Chapel Hill. Do not support this hateful restaurant."
